For more than a decade Paul Wright was a lawyer-entrepreneur managing a 7-figure practice. Using his background in advertising, Paul leveraged technology and marketing to build systems and workflows that made scaling easy and predictable. 

Lead counsel in more than 3,500 consumer bankruptcy cases, Paul has helped clients save their home, re-negotiate with student loan companies, turn around their family businesses and find financial freedom.

Retired from practicing law, Paul uses his keen sales awareness and deep understanding of sales funnels to show other lawyers how to use those same systems for their practice.

Paul lives in Los Angeles, CA with his two dogs, Buckee and River - an avid hiker and foodie, together they love exploring and eating their way through life. 

Evan Baird

Sales Manager

Evan Baird is a native Austinite. He attended Texas State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Computer Science.

Evan joined Ngage in 2019 and became part of the management team in January 2022.

In his free time, he plays guitar in a band with some friends. He also enjoys going to comedy shows. He will be getting married September 30th, so lately his life revolves around preparation for that!
