What do lead notifications look like and how should I respond to them?

Phone Call Notifications

Each time that a call comes in from our platform, you will receive an email notification with a synopsis of the call. Below is an example
of what this notification will look like.

From: [email protected]

Subject: Call From <caller’s phone number> via Convert IT <Practice Area> Platform for <Your Law Firm’s Name>

How to Respond

If you spoke to the prospective client and you did not miss the phone call, then you do not need to do anything. This notification
is sent so that you know that the call came from your campaign. If you missed the phone call or it was handled by the call service,
then you will need to call the prospective client back.
